All of our coaches and most of the swimmers speak English.

• We have 3 levels of synchronized swimmers: Beginners, intermediate and elite
• Beginners: must be able to swim 3 different styles (excluding bytterfly).
  • Beginners schedule from 26/10-09:
    • Wednesday from 17.00-18.00 in Hillerødgade Svømmehal, Sandbjerggade 35, Kbh. N
    • Friday from 18.30-19.30 in Frederiksberg Svømmehal
  • Intermediate: Must be able to swim 4 different styles, including butterfly. Must know synchonized swimming well including free routines and technical figures.
  • Intermediate schedule from 26/10-09:
    • Wednesday from 17.00-19.00 in Hillerødgade Svømmehal, Sandbjerggade 35, Kbh. N
    • Friday from 18.30-19.30 in Frederiksberg Svømmehal
  • Elite: Must be able to perform basic skills in synchronized swimming at a high level. Technical figures and free and technical routines at the highest level.

    • Tuesday from 18.00-20.00 in Vesterbro Svømmehal
    • Wednesday from 17.00-20.00 in Hillerødgade Svømmehal, Sandbjerggade 35, Kbh. N

  We are very depedent on help from the parents of the swimmers when we participate in different competitions. There are about 4 contests a year. Normally 2 of them are hosted by our club and take place in Copenhagen. The rest take place in other towns in Denmark. We need the help of the parents for transportation to/from location, help with doing the hair and makeup of the girls, with starting the musik, counting points etc.
